Requirements:

You have a degree in mining or civil engineering or a comparable qualification.

You are distinguished by:

• Several years of professional experience in construction and project management in the field of shaft and tunnel construction
• Very good written and spoken English and ideally another foreign language
• Experience abroad
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as motivation, commitment, resilience and mobility
• Willingness to work abroad for several years

Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

Tasks:

• Advancing the performance of THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU GMBH's international shaft construction projects
• Taking an active role in shaping an international construction site team with a high degree of personal responsibility and a focus on team spirit and personal development in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Ensuring that contractual commitments are met in terms of time and quality (timely response, high quality deliverables)
• Identify and record progress and risks
• Central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
