ABOUT THE JOB

• Build and maintain effective relationships with learners, their colleagues, management teams and other departments.
• Design and update the training materials and content
• Keep learner portfolios up to date at all times through completing reviews on a quarterly basis and signing off learner’s work according to our Service Level Agreement
• Proactively and consistently provide quality data to the team and follow the awarding body / Ofsted/ ESFA guidelines of compliance
• Provide pro-active and insightful support to the team for exercises including but not limited to, Awarding body or Ofsted visits.
• Take responsibility for your own continuous professional development to ensure that programmes are delivered in-line with awarding organisation and funding body requirements.
• Actively participate in cross collaboration with other teams within HR and the wider business in order to improve ways of working and develop consistent processes.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the business
• Previous experience or in-depth practical understanding of travel retail operations
• A track record of managing a busy workload with competing priorities
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and work towards new qualifications
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to visit learners as per caseload, per geographical allocation, some overnight stays may be required
• Full, current driving licence
• Functional skills/ GCSEs in Maths and English at level 2 (GCSE Grade A-C or 4-9)
