ABOUT THE JOB
- Build and maintain effective relationships with learners, their colleagues, management teams and other departments.
- Design and update the training materials and content
- Keep learner portfolios up to date at all times through completing reviews on a quarterly basis and signing off learner’s work according to our Service Level Agreement
- Proactively and consistently provide quality data to the team and follow the awarding body / Ofsted/ ESFA guidelines of compliance
- Provide pro-active and insightful support to the team for exercises including but not limited to, Awarding body or Ofsted visits.
- Take responsibility for your own continuous professional development to ensure that programmes are delivered in-line with awarding organisation and funding body requirements.
- Actively participate in cross collaboration with other teams within HR and the wider business in order to improve ways of working and develop consistent processes.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the business
- Previous experience or in-depth practical understanding of travel retail operations
- A track record of managing a busy workload with competing priorities
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and work towards new qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to visit learners as per caseload, per geographical allocation, some overnight stays may be required
- Full, current driving licence
- Functional skills/ GCSEs in Maths and English at level 2 (GCSE Grade A-C or 4-9)
