ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a Management Assistant for our senior management to become more efficient and organised leaders. You should be someone who anticipates needs before they arise and has the ability to effortlessly build trustful relationships with those around you. In this role you will enjoy wearing many hats on a day where no task is too big or small for your assistance.

As part of the Executive Office, your core objective is to make our leaders work life easier, more efficient and organised.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule and move meetings to facilitate conversations
• Travel Management: Manage travel arrangements, reimbursements and expense reports of corporate credit cards
• Events: Set-up and organize logistics for events and activities, such as team events, off-sites, meetings, conferences etc.
• Anticipate needs and be able to jump in and help while prioritizing many deadline-driven tasks
• Act as a point of contact between our senior management and internal/external stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Personality: The ideal person for this job is proactive, to the point, outgoing and interested in building relationships. You should distinguish yourself from others through your service mentality
• Organizational skills: "Zero Defect" is your motto. You have experience balancing leaders with intricate calendars and prioritizing multiple projects. You are process oriented and constantly look for ways to increase efficiency
• Communication: Given the dynamic nature of your role, we are looking for somebody that keeps cool under pressure, maintains confidence when interacting with stakeholders of all levels - internally and externally. Someone that shines through professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness, that is fluent in English and German, both in writing and verbally
• Mindset: You will be part of a fast-paced environment, which is why extreme ownership of topics and exceptional organizational capabilities are key for your success. You should have a pronounced understanding of the value of the enablement position of this role, be solution oriented and willing to go the extra mile if necessary
