We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability in pursuit of the Tesla mission. The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and support to all Tech/Engineering and Corporate Functions businesses across Tesla in a truly rounded partnership capacity. You will be part of the respective Leadership Teams and drive the people agenda for the growth and scalability of the businesses you support. Operating as an HRBP, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with legislative and audit requirements in conjunction with requirements. You will in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders and People COE’s (Recruitment, Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Employee Relations, People Development and learning etc.) ensure we bring in great talent; we grow and development key talent, proactively support performance improvements, growth of our people succession and growth of the teams and individuals.
