Supervisor QRC (/T) in Essen bei Flowserve Corporation

Role Summary:

For our location in Essen, which focuses on development, manufacturing and global we are looking for someone who specializes in the distribution of the “Kämmer Ventile” brand as soon as possible as Supervisor QRC (M/F/T).

Responsibilities:

• Checking orders/projects for accuracy and feasibility
• Preparationofserviceoperations
• Planning the daily workshop routine
• Performing qualityassurance
• Service and advice for customers at home and abroad
• Repairofvalves
• Further development of the workshop on topics 6s, equipment and personnel
• Instruct and guide employees in the professional use of the relevant documents, facilities and operating resources
• Technical leadership of the QRC West workshop team
• Technical support of the QRC Admin Team

Requirements:

• Technical training, additional qualification through a recognized 1-year specialist training and several years of professional experience in this profession
• MS Office knowledge
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Teamwork, flexibility and resilience
• Drivinglicenseclass B

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Professional certifications in this field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with unfamiliar teams.
• HS Diploma / GED and 5-7 years relevant experience.
