Digital Fulfilment - Produktions Assistent in Düsseldorf bei Lush Manufacturing GmbH

Your Tasks

You will be expected to maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and speed to provide the customer with the freshest products. Uphold company policies, Health and Safety policies, and good practices in a busy warehouse environment. Comply with the sickness and lateness policies and wear/use any personal protective equipment provided for you.

Responsibilities Detail

• Insure orders are picked correctly and contain the correct products as listed on the invoice or pick list
• Look for any notes on the invoice and make sure any requests have been dealt with
• Ensure orders are checked and contain the correct products as listed on the invoice or pick list
• Add any additional items as needed, examples include LUSH Times, Gift Message Cards, Samples, etc.
• Check the quality of products and all picked products are within the freshness policy
• Record any damages to update the system
• Work to daily targets
• Pick all orders with care and attention to detail
• Pack all orders with care and attention to detail
• Prepare all products with care and attention to detail
• Produce labels and relevant information to attach to products
• Report any faults with equipment to Management
• Ensure parcels are dispatched on time to avoid backlogs and delay
• Check addresses and delivery services to ensure parcels are sent correctly
• Ensure all parcels leave with the correct paperwork and in a manner requested by the courier companies
• Treat everything and everyone in the room with respect
• Attend any relevant training to expand product knowledge (samples)

The Role

As a Production Assistant, you are expected to assist in carrying out the picking, packing, preparation, and dispatch of customer orders for the Lush Fulfilment business, with an emphasis on freshness, quality, consistency, speed, and enthusiasm.
