Content and Programs Internship - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg in Grünheide (Mark) bei Tesla

The Content and Programs Intern will support the work of the Content and Programs team and will primarily focus on content creation, interact with various stakeholders within the company, and assist with the work of the team on site in Berlin. The Content and Programs Intern will be at the forefront of creating engaging and informative physical and digital content of the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. This includes but is not limited to the creation of audiovisual, physical, and digital assets. You will help to create concise, compelling, and engaging content that clearly communicates the intended message, the excellence of our products, and is delivered in a manner that is accessible to our teams and our customers. This is a hands-on role that encompasses all aspects of content production and requires first experience of all pre and postproduction activities – from concept visualization through to editing and delivery.

Beyond that, you will support the Content and Programs team in raising awareness for Tesla across Germany by using media (social and traditional) to engage with customers, prospects, fans and other stakeholders. A highly motivated individual will support the Content and Programs team in all content related tasks as well as on-going co-operation with other departments. This full-time role requires the flexibility of being able to attend events and function out-of-hours when the opportunity arises. • Assisting the Content and Programs team with developing a range of content that embodies the spirit of Tesla across a number of mediums and types while adhering to Tesla’s visual standards, including but not limited to: Educational Videos, Customer Stories, Presentations, Pitch Decks, Digital Assets, Posters, and Retail Visuals, Motion Graphics, and Photography.
• Help to manage a content hub for Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg which houses approved off-the-shelf material that can be used by the Content and Programs team.
• Help to organize production scope, timelines, and schedules, including coordinating internal resources to reproduce human interactions.
• Produce, edit, and contribute to content of all kinds.
• Assisting with production of press information and media lists as well as assisting in preparations of events, liaising with suppliers.
• Assisting requests for photography directly with media.
• Evaluating requests for event attendance and speaker opportunities.
• Support Content and Programs staff at media events.

• Native level written and spoken German as well as excellent English language skills.
• Undertaking a BA or MA Degree in Photography, Videography, Media, PR, Communications, or equivalent.
• Previous work or internship experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of filming, editing, and producing video.
• Must have in depth understanding of editing software and Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to develop scripts, shot lists, and dictate lighting/location needs. First experience with industry-standard equipment and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Deadline orientated.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license with a safe driving record.
