What You’ll Do

Production planning coordination: coordinate the daily production schedule of spare parts both internally and externally.
Project coordination: coordinate and define the need of new projects related to spare parts, f.e. new Workdecks, new racks, new skids…
Process definition, control and workflow supervision: oversee the process in its entirety in order to deliver spare parts.
Workforce coordination: plan with and around the available workforce to achieve the daily production targets.
Sustaining the means of production: define and oversee the sustainability of the means of production, skid cleaning, rack repair, rack creation…
Creation and supervision of the control systems: put in place and supervise a system (MFS, MOS…) to control the spare part productive process.
Cross-shops coordination: coordinate with all the involved parties outside paint to secure successful spare part operations.
Quality assurance: define a control plan and quality criteria for the spare parts. Supervise that the quality assurance requirements are met.
Generate and publish metrics of performance.
Identify and negotiate cost reduction opportunities.
Respond to and solve supply shortages.

What You’ll Bring

Two years of experience in the service and spare parts business.
Proven track record of working with multi-level, up to Director, stakeholders.
Proven track record on executing projects that coordinate equipment, processes and people.
Deep understanding of the PTED process.
B2 English level, German native.
