As a Data Analytics Lead, you'll dig into petabytes of data together with your team to further enable data-driven decision making. You will guide the Advertiser team to develop KPIs and design analysis and experiments to influence the business strategy for advertisers. - Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to develop their skills
- Develop, maintain, and communicate clear and actionable KPIs to stay on top of advertiser performance and uncover potential optimisations
- Guide the improvement and optimisation of our advertiser data pipelines to ensure reliable and robust decision making
- Design and communicate analyses generating insights to inform on advertiser strategies
- Closely collaborate with the business-facing advertiser teams to prioritise analytical needs and maximise value generation
- Transform team and stakeholder ideas into production, keeping business priorities and technical feasibility in mind
- 5+ years' practical experience working in data analytics
- Leadership capability proven through a formal leadership role
- A solid business mindset capable of translating business goals to actionable prioritised steps
- Good communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and findings to stakeholders
- Experience in building and reviewing data pipelines aimed at producing metrics for optimised data visualisations
- In-depth experience with Python or R and database management systems like SQL
