• University degree (Master) in Business Administration or a similar field of studies
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Ideally first project management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with timelines in a dynamic environment
• Creative and innovative thinking
• High level of cultural awareness
• Strong MS Office skills
• Business English fluent

• Organization of meetings and workshops for the teams
• Coordination, preparation and follow-up on team meetings
• Project Support - Preparation, edititing and finalization of presentations and documentation
• Calendar management for VP Digital Strategy & European Digital Solutions and first-line mgmt
• Travel bookings and expense management
• General organizational and administrative support
