The TSS role owns the relationship at large accounts based in their designated territory or account portfolio, ensuring market penetration, successful application replication from other global sites to EMEA and will drive profitable growth within these accounts.
This Specialist''s mission is the co-development and execution of the Production Chemicals & Services & Process Liquids strategy in EMEA (mainly in the DACH region). This role will implement the business plan along with sales and pricing strategies to ensure customer happiness. Operating at a senior level in the customer organization and collaborating with key opinion leaders, the EMEA sales management team and the global PCS team this candidate will deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow existing large accounts by effectively presenting our value proposition to solve customer problems by selling production chemicals, process liquids and their associated services to meet cGMP standards for our customers. They will achieve/exceed sales and margin profit targets through share of wallet, new business opportunities and portfolio development
This role is responsible for effective forecasting, strategy deployment and delivery of the sales plan with regional sales and account managers and identifying existing and new growth account targets along with new products, services and vendors to expand the share of wallet. Success will be achieved by selling the wide product portfolio, regularly engaging with cross-functional and cross divisional global teams to drive and close business and help improve operational efficiency of the global sales organization
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree preferred in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, (Chemical) Engineering or Life Sciences
Meaningful experience (+5 years) in business development or key account management including building and delivering on sales plans in a B2B environment
Proven excellence in sales achievement coupled with business insights and a clear understanding of the key account manager role and interdependencies
The right candidate will demonstrate a proven track record to develop, maintain and build strong customer relationships across multiple regions, strong project management skills to drive business goals and executionand will be able to demonstrate proficient digital literacy and Salesforce experience.

Willingness to travel up to 50% in region
Full professional proficiency in the English language in addition to another European language (German and/or French) is helpful
