Our German Office is rapidly growing and therefore we are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) and Restructuring team in Munich; someone who has demonstrated strong analytical and administrative skills, enjoys helping others, takes ownership of their work, is solution orientated and strives working with an ever-changing, international environment.
The right candidate (m/f/d) will have experience in dealing with busy professionals working across Europe with tight deadlines; being one step ahead of their team's needs and understanding the importance of building relationships with clients and their teams. The role requires someone who is personable, friendly, flexible and confident. You will be primarily responsible for supporting Managing Directors and the wider team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supporting the Managing Director team of your Business Units in their daily business
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and conference calls (internal and external)
- Maintaining and coordinating calendars on an adhoc basis
- Setting up projects
- Processing of incoming invoices and raising client invoices
- Preparing time and expense reports
- Coordinating travel plans, hotels and car service
- Organizing internal & external events, incl. administration of meeting rooms
Essential requirements:
- At least two years of working experience in a comparable position
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Experience working with senior clients
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment; constantly prioritize/ reassess tasks
- Work independently and within a team
- Be pro-active and involved in executive business dealings
- Build a network (internal and external)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in German and English
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Service-oriented
- Detail-oriented organizational talent
