Private sellers - who prefer selling their car directly to a dealer instead of creating a listing - can quickly and easily book an appointment at a dealership. To create a positive experience and to ensure high-quality interaction, we have a network of curated dealers. They are our partners in understanding the product and processes from their point of view.
We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Product Manager - Dealer Applications (d/f/m).
In the Direktverkauf/Dealer Tool Team, we work on supporting the dealers. From managing their workload and increasing the quality of their processes to improving their current business performance, our goal is to provide a tool that makes their lives easier as well as our product more successful, and potentially discover an evolution into trade-in support.
Your role in a cross-functional team
You identify and develop new product ideas together with business development, operations and customer support and potentiallyYou ensure the highest impact for further growing tool adoption and customer satisfaction and drive conversion rates along the entire funnel
You use your knowledge of user research to develop new ways to integrate and optimise dealer and appointment processes
You drive product development from an MVP to a fully functional, high-quality product
You enable the dealers to make favourable pricing decisions and find ways to nudge dealers towards more transparency
You develop and inspire the product vision
You ensure the right balance between pragmatism and quality
