For our administration team we are looking for assistants (m/f/x) based in branch Lahr as well as for the headquarters in Emmendingen (part-time 30h or full-time 40h).

Your tasks

Supporting the management and office management in day-to-day

operations

Processing and order processing as well as tracking in our UStrich

project management software, from quotations and cost accounting to
outgoing invoices

Supporting project managers with deadline and cost control
Contact person for our employees in daily matters

Your profile

Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector
Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector

would be desirable, but also a graduate could be an option

Independent and structured way of working, paired with a strong team

spirit

Flexibility, reliability and very good team and communication skills
Reliable handling of modern office technology and software, in

particular MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Good knowledge of German and English, both oral and written
