What you’ll do & Who you are
We are looking for a professional to join our Berlin-based team as a Account Manager, Retail Media (d/f/m) with a understanding of customer journeys and loves to create strategies that enhance customer experience, achieve growth, and boost customer satisfaction.
The role:

Be the primary contact and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with main customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

You understand customer needs and align them with the appropriate resources in our company for maximum customer success.

You coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition phases from sales to onboarding.
-
You work with the technical team to resolve any issues that impact customer experience.
-
Advocate customer needs and feedback to the product development and management team.
-
Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for growth.
Your skill profile:
-
3+ years experience as a Account Manager / Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role.
-
E-Commerce is your passion - You have an eye for new trends.
-
Experience managing all stages of the customer journey: Awareness, Sales, Onboarding, Adoption, and Loyalty.
-
Demonstrated capacity to succeed in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.

You are business fluent in German & English.
-
Technical proficiency, especially around APIs and data feeds.

Interpret financial data and develop financial reports.
-
Experience with CRM software and other professional tools.
