Senior Talent Partner (Manufacturing / White Collar Recruitment)
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, and will think creatively about how to hire white and blue collar talent for a plant in Pasewalk.
Ideally you are based in Berlin, with the occasional possibility to travel to Pasewalk. But we are open to remote work from anywhere in Germany, too.
As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the company’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2.
