Senior Talent Partner (Manufacturing / White Collar Recruitment)

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, and will think creatively about how to hire white and blue collar talent for a plant in Pasewalk.

Ideally you are based in Berlin, with the occasional possibility to travel to Pasewalk. But we are open to remote work from anywhere in Germany, too.

As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the company’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2.

What you'll be doing

• For your first project you will be a key Senior Talent Partner for a global consumer manufacturer based in Pasewalk, Germany.
• Leveraging our leading recruitment technology suite, you will gain insights into the talent landscape, helping to identify potential candidates based on location, employment history, salary benchmarks, and demographics.
• Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.

Who you are

• A driven professional with a passion for talent sourcing with a keen interest/experience in white collar / manufacturing recruitment.
• You will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably hiring white- and blue-collar talent within Germany. You'll have a track record of success in identifying and engaging senior talent.
• You are a team player who excel in collaborative settings and can work effectively alongside senior stakeholders.
• You will be strong in sourcing, independently, driven and autonomous, especially in stakeholder management and problem solving.
• Fluent in German and very good English.
• You will be based in Germany, ideally commutable distance from Pasewalk or able to be onsite a few days per month.
