Reliability Engineer (m/w/d)

You would be working with Mill Operations and Mechanical teams and would be focused on the Paper Industry. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.
As a Reliability Engineer, you'll keep assets running reliably, improve work efficiency, and eliminate non-value-added work. Development and implementation of a 3-year plan to increase the reliability of the Koblenz site.
Essential Accountabilities
- Develop and manage a condition-based monitoring strategy.
- Develop and implement a 3-year plan to increase site reliability.
- Perform root cause analysis on major failures.
- Collaborate and share with plant executives and international teams.
- Develop and implement the CBM (Condition-Based Monitoring) program.
- Identify and coordinate training needs for CBM and reliability systems and maintenance competencies.
- Assist in the development of reliability competencies in the plant teams.
- Collaborate with production managers to effectively execute all shutdowns.
- Collaborate with purchasing / warehouse to optimize supplier & warehouse techniques.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the reliability strategy by measuring performance against identified reliability metrics.
- Effectively manage all maintenance spend against identified KPI's.

You’re a college graduate with a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, authorized to work in Germany and have at least four years of continuous work experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years experience of Mechanical Engineering ideally in FMCG.
- Knowledge and experience in LEAN practices/manufacturing.
- Good command of German and English language.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Good leadership skills.
- You are highly motivated, structured and looking forward to taking on a challenging role in a global corporation.
- You are open and communicative and appreciate working in intercultural teams.
