Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.

• Oversee strategic business initiatives, working collaboratively with senior leadership and department heads, from development through successful execution.

• Make the strategy understandable and drive effective communication with shareholders, investors, and other key stakeholders in cooperation with the investor relations team.

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including board members, investors, and senior executives, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, providing clear recommendations and actionable plans.

• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including vendors, customers, and industry organizations.

• Drive internal communication of the company's strategy, ensuring all employees are informed and engaged in the company's mission and priorities.

• Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO and executive board to drive continuous growth and improvement.

• Support the management board in various strategic topics, including fundraising, research, data analysis, and exploring growth opportunities.

• Review, design, and execute improvements to the organizational structure, tracking operational efficiency and enhancing company-wide processes.

• Monitor industry trends and analyze data to identify future business opportunities and potential risks.

Your profile:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, data science, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree would be highly preferred.

• Possess 3-5+ years of experience in a strategic role, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• A solid technical background is required for this position.

• Be a proactive self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with others in a team environment.

• Possess 2+ years of work experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in rapidly growing start-ups, management consultancies, or venture capital companies, with a strong understanding of digital business models.

• Display a smart, energetic personality with a strong entrepreneurial "get stuff done" mindset.

• Demonstrate a hands-on mentality, combined with an analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work, paying great attention to detail.

• Exhibit exemplary spoken and written English and German, with the ability to concisely present project deliverables.
