Your responsibilities

• You will independently manage and control interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external experts as part of the project development process
• You keep an eye on all technical, commercial and legal approval aspects of the project until it is ready for construction and coordinate with your department manager
• You manage and control budgets, schedules and services during project development
• You communicate with external and internal stakeholders who have a direct interest in the project
• You represent Uniper Renewables to authorities and public bodies
• You keep an eye on market developments and inform management independently about changes and the need for adjustments

Your profile

• You have years of experience in the project development of free-field photovoltaic systems and leading interdisciplinary teams
• You have a degree in geography, engineering, urban planning or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• You are motivated to develop projects to construction readiness as part of a team
• You can represent your position in a factual and well-founded manner, including to external and internal discussion and negotiation partners
• You enjoy working in a diverse team and are happy to share your know-how
• You are fluent in German and have a good level of English
• You are prepared for business trips as a matter of course
