Frontend JS Developer is instrumental in deciding the tools and technologies to be used in the systems of the game services team. In addition to the usual developer duties, this senior role entails potential mentoring and coaching junior developers.

What will you do:

Research, suggest and build new frontend features, components and services
Work closely with cross-team members to build and support the platform team in game management tasks
Collaborate with project managers to understand the requirements for each project
Implementing new technologies which will make our development processes faster, cost-effective, efficient and maintainable
Maintain existing platforms
Constantly look to improve processes in the platform team
Collaborate with cross-discipline teams: working with Production, Product and Leadership to hit committed goals and be the voice for the frontend-dev team
Operate effectively, balancing hands-on implementation and high-level direction
Potential mentorship/coaching developers in the team

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience in frontend technology stack: Javascript, React, Functional CSS3 eg. Tailwind, HTML
Experience in common frontend tools like Router, Redux, Toolkit, RTK Query, or equivalent
Experience in the build of frontend applications, using common tools like Webpack, Babel etc.
Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies
Familiarity with modern CI/CD, code versioning and QA tools and processes
Extensive experience creating and integrating with RESTful APIs
An agile mindset with a pragmatic and data-driven approach to decision making
Previous experience with building applications from the ground-up
Experience in Kubernetes would be plus
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal combined with a self-reflective mindset
