THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Manager with a focus on content & copywriting to join our vision to towards a true net zero economy. As a member of our Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling, engaging, and persuasive copy and content that effectively communicates our brand's value proposition, educate the market as well as customers, drives customer engagement, and supports our overall company objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled wordsmith with a passion for tech and a good understanding of climate change and impacts. We count on your ability to translate complex concepts into clear and captivating stories.

Key areas:

• Content Marketing (marketing, sales, product assets)

• Channel Marketing (website, webinars, email)

• Customer/Supplier success stories

• Press releases. Build and maintain the PR network.

• Storytelling and thought leadership programs.

YOUR TASKS

• Develop content strategies that align with our brand voice, target audience, and marketing goals.

• Create a wide range of content, including website copy, landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.

• Craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy that highlights the benefits of our solution, effectively addressing customer pain points and showcasing unique benefits and features.Mar

• Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and incorporate findings into your writing.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure tone and voice.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Work with the product team to gather technical information and transform it into user-friendly, informative, and educational content.

• Collaborate with designers to ensure that written content is presented in an appealing and visually engaging manner.

• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.

• Managing content translations to regions. Manage relationship with translation partners.

• Manage thought leadership programs.

• Develop and optimize nurturing programs for engagement in the beginning of the funnel.

• Measure, follow up and evaluate against the company's marketing goals and KPIs.

• Help marketing and sales to meet established business goals through key initiatives that build customer loyalty and engagement.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, content marketing, and writing techniques.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in English (preferably American English), Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or in a similar role, preferably within the Tech industry.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content formats and styles.

• Proficiency in understanding and simplifying complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate keywords strategically.

• Strong research skills to gather insights and data to support content creation.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh ideas and unique angles for content.

• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
