Summary of Role
This role will manage and lead the team of HR Shared Service Specialists in Dresden and Sofia /Bulgaria that handles HR operational processes for the EMEA employee population. This role will establis h and refine operational standards and procedures to enhance HR’s operations, systems, processes, and organizational capacit y through best practices, process/system improvement methodologies, and project management. The individual will partner with the business and HR leaders to understand business needs and will ensure HR solutions are accura tely and efficiently delivered to drive the optima l candidate, employee, manage r and HR experience. The role requires close collaboration with our India HR S hared Service team and with our global HR partners.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Accountable for day-to-day operations for site specific HR Operational process, includes - but not limited to - onboarding, interview scheduling, immigration, data management

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities, providing leadership on job content and setting priorities

• Evaluate, modify and implement operational processes to drive improvements and across all stakeholder domains

• Foster a collaborative, values-driven Global Shared Services team culture of high standards , strong productivity, executional excellence and innovation

• Provide high level of service to internal customers in order to enable success of HR colleagues and the businesses they support

• Participate, oversee and manage ad hoc HR Operational projects

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications :

• Completed vocational training or BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of progressive responsibility in managing HR processes/data

• Language Fluency: English and German (Written & Verbal)

• Minimal Travel Required
  

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong experience with HR operating systems, such as Workday, SAP and S ervice Now .

• Deep expertise in all aspects of HR data management

• Demonstrated ability to present to and influence executive level leadership

• Strong analytical skills and decision making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide solutions

• Demonstrated leadership ability and effectiveness in coaching and guiding others

• Excellent verbal /written communication, interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills
