Your Role

Support the end-to-end application process (from active sourcing to onboarding of newcomers)
Accompany our candidates through the application process and ensure an excellent candidate journey
Compile and analyze recruiting related KPIs
Manage job postings across all channels
Manage various recruiting-related projects (employer branding, social media campaigns, career events, interview trainings)
Support in HR Management activities
Bring in your own ideas to further develop existing processes

Your Profile

Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, psychology, business psychology or related fields with a focus on HR
First recruiting work experience, preferably in the Finance and / or IT industry
Familiar with MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter
A thorough and well-organized work ethic
Passion for meeting new people and the ability to inspire applicants / internal stakeholders with your open, friendly and confident communication skills
You are enthusiastic about new trends in HR and recruiting
Fluent in German and English
