WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will support the implementation of the company’s sustainability commitments and sustainability roadmap
• You will prepare the yearly corporate carbon footprint, using a tool provided by our Partner in climate action, and support the company in its climate journey.
• You will support the implementation of coming legislations, such as the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive or the French anti-waste law for a circular economy
• You will support tracking and reporting for all sustainability initiatives and will support the preparation of the Mytheresa Positive Change Report
• You will be a proactive thinker, suggesting ways to move the company forward on its sustainability journey

WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully finished your studies within a management, engineering, or university program with a major in sustainability and have a first relevant experience in the field of sustainability
• You have a good understanding of the sustainability challenges in the fashion and online retail sectors
• You stay up-to-date on new developments, challenges and legislations related to sustainability
• You are a self-starter and know how to handle several projects with several departments at the same time
• You have strong analytics and MS Excel skills
• You have strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
• You are business fluent in English, second language is not required, but a plus
