We are looking for someone who is responsible for the CRM implementation and advancement of strategies, plans, and systems in place to take our business and customer relationships to a higher level. Your main purpose would be to put the bits in place that help us gain new customers and oversee the process of retaining the existing ones. You should be excited to learn from our customers to understand their pain-points and of course to understand what’s going on in our sales process. Realising problems, documenting them and using them in an ongoing CRM process should come naturally to you.
You have a proven trackback record of successes in the CRM field and can showcase success stories from your previous experience. You have a minimum 3 years of CRM experience. You are highly proficient in CRM tools such Klaviyo, Braze or Sailthru. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ensuring a CRM system provides an effective sales funnel Developing or influencing marketing techniques to drive new custom Updating accounts and contacts in a CRM system Monitoring customer relation strategies Build communication flows to streamline customer outreach Suggesting new methods to address customers' needs. Track marketing metrics and trends Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
