Your responsibilities

• Communications Management: Develop, roll out, and control internal and external communication concepts and measures
• Stakeholder Support: Provide communication advice and support to internal stakeholders
• Message Development: Translate complex topics into clear key messages for various communication channels
• Channel Management: Manage and develop internal and external communication channels
• Leadership Communications: Enhance and drive leadership communications
• Executive Support: Advise and support senior management in corporate and strategic communications
• HR Communications: Support HR communications, including strategic change management and employee engagement
• Project Collaboration: Contribute communication expertise to cross-cultural and international projects
• Coordination: Work closely with and support sub-regional and global Communications peers
• Innovation and Vendor Management: Drive innovation in communication processes and manage agencies, suppliers, timelines, and budgets

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in media studies, journalism, business administration, or related field required, MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred
• Longstanding professional experience in internal and external communication, marketing communication, and/or PR in international organizations, companies, or agencies
• Expertise in leadership, HR and change communications, ideally in international environments and healthcare sector
• Experience as an organizer and/or facilitator of employee engagement events is welcome
• Demonstrated ability to work editorially, develop communication concepts, and execute strategic communication plans
• Empathy as a moderator and integrator of various stakeholders, including senior management, with a clear understanding of business strategy and a customer-centric mindset
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 environment; knowledge of other AI-featured software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
• Strong teamwork and social skills
• High-performance attitude coupled with a hands-on mentality and pragmatism to drive high-quality results
• Enjoyment of collaborative team environments while being able to work independently with reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
