The work schedule for this position is:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
This position is responsible for travel assistance to all agencies at post. Duties include but are not limited to assistance with official travel for all embassy personnel and their families assigned to post and managing office administration/clerical functions required for this support. The incumbent is responsible for performing cost-benefit analysis to meet customer’s needs and remain financially advantageous to the U.S government.
EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of progressive responsibility in the travel industry or office administrative/ clerical experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
College (2 years) or Post-Secondary School is required.
LANGUAGE:
This may be tested.
