- Student in HR management, Business administration or any relevant area
- Previous HR experience is an advantage e.g. in the fields of legal entity management, HR trends, HR business partnering or Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, Performance appraisal, Employee Relations or HR development
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- English and German – fluent / advanced level
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal & intercultural skills
- Passionate in working in dynamic, multinational work environment
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Pro-active, self-motivated and result-driven attitude
- Customer orientation
