As part of our International Team, consisting of 3 colleagues, you will support market research and pricing analysis in different countries, as well as assist with daily business operations, gaining a strong understanding of key performance indicators and their impact. Your work will be project-based, involving various initiatives that require a keen sense for numbers and data-driven insights.

What you can expect in this role

• You conduct market research to analyze entry opportunities in new countries for strategic expansion
• You support daily business operations by assisting with various tasks that arise within the expansion team
• You assist in projects, such as implementing new payment methods and exploring new marketing channels, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration
• You prepare presentations for both internal and external purposes, helping create decision-making templates for management
• You maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making

Your essential experience and education

• Enrollment in business administration, economics, or a similar field of study and available for a minimum of 1,5 years
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, German is a plus
• Experienced with MS Office or G-Suite (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and responsibly
• You have an analytical mindset with a passion for e-commerce and a hands-on mentality
