ABOUT THE ROLE

The scheduling department matches supply (coach availability) and demand (customer demand for workouts). It is the number one driver for our revenues and has a high priority within the whole company.

As our Schedule Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the entire process of matching the supply of coaches with the demand of customers. You will analyse customer demand trends, make accurate adjustments to the schedule and communicate the changes internally to our Coach Recruiting and Marketing teams. You will work to continually optimise our schedule to increase the revenue we can generate across our workouts locations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the regular and ad-hoc schedule of 1000+ weekly workouts in all operating cities
• Optimise the matching between customer demand and coach availability and find opportunities to increase our revenue
• Communicate schedule changes to marketing partners and coaches, ensuring a 100% accuracy between BEAT81’s schedule for customers, the schedule on partner sites and workout allocation for coaches
• Improve our KPI system and dashboards

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
• Accurate and reliable working style with high ownership and a sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey messages in a clear and concise way
• Track record of ‘getting things done’
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases and requests at the same time
• Fluent in English
• German and other European languages are a plus
