As a content marketing generalist at plancraft you will play a crucial role in scaling the growing demands for content to become the premier craftsmen software in Europe. You are responsible for delivering exactly the right content to ensure that all platforms and other marketing activities are optimally supplied. Here, you rely on your experience to always deliver exactly what is needed in a fast-moving environment. From static ads in social networks, video productions, creative advertising campaigns or participation in trade fair appearances, we do everything here that fulfills the heart of a creative mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Top-Nodge digital advertising assets: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Display - we advertise on almost all platforms - create ads that engage and convert
- Top-Nodge offline and other assets: Out of home, fairs, flyers and more - you create assets which excite
- 360 degree creation: Whether it's photos or videos behind the camera, graphics and editing work on the laptop, your job is content creation.
- Building and optimizing creative processes: Together with others within the creative team, you ensure smooth creative processes, which must always meet the growing requirements
- Creativity and the broad view: You create content that attracts attention and inspires, with the purpose of sparking excitement for plancraft. You always have the big goal and picture of plancraft in mind
- Team Work: Work closely together with other marketing team members (performance marketing etc. ) and do continuous testing within the team.
Salary The salary for this position is between €40,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on your experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in creation, ideally in a growing B2B or B2C startup or in an advertising agency
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Several years of experience in common creative tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, editing program of your choice, ideally Final Cut Pro X
- Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit: You can adapt quickly and bring fresh new ideas to your work
- You have a sense and interest in good advertising and trends
- Learning attitude, actively testing new strategies and technologies to stay at the forefront of industry advancements
- Fluent in German and English

- You are output driven, always find the balance between creative class and needed amount of content
- Transfer your creative style to plancraft, within the first weeks you can deliver relevant results for our campaigns
