Tasks

You enjoy television & new technologies and want to help ensure the availability of Sky Channels & Services on current and future distribution and device platforms
You'll be responsible for the real-time monitoring of Sky Channels & Services, in particular the monitoring of Platinum content across all Sky distribution channels
You'll continuously improve Sky services & support the creation of reports
You'll take care of the communication of incidents to/from external providers as well as the communication with/to involved internal Sky departments
You're jointly responsible for handling the procedures for the relevant processes (incident, change and service level management)

Requirements

You already have at least 2-4 years of experience in the OTT or pay-TV environment and you've a basic knowledge of TV technology (OTT and broadcast platforms, distribution channels, end devices)
Good communication skills, the ability to work independently and the ability to work calmly even in stressful situations are among your strengths
You're characterised by good analytical & conceptual skills
Service orientation & the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
You're willing to work shifts and night shifts & be on call (7 days/week)
Confident handling of MS Office programmes & good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
