Network and Systems Administrator in München bei neuroCare Group

Your will be working on these assignments:
• Managing and maintaining our networks, Azure cloud

platform, desktop environment, systems and
infrastructure across multiple locations, locally and
globally.

• You are responsible for helpdesk support to our

management (C-level) and our staff handling its
hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and
other devices.

• As an employee with superb analytical, diagnostic,

and troubleshooting skills you easily cover the
company’s networking setup including routers,
switches, firewalls.

What you need to succeed:
• You display strong commitment to customer service

by using professional and courteous communications
regarding inquiries, problems, and requests.

• Driven to continually monitor and improve IT

processes with the aim of making them as efficient as
possible.

• Ability to problem solve technology issues, when the

proceses does not have the answer, being able to
work it out.

• Solid understanding in supporting and experience of

systems administration and network technologies.

• We expect you to have a deep technical

understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows
10/11, Microsoft 365 suite including Intune, Auto Pilot
and Entra (Azure AD) and desktop hardware.

• Being familiar with Sophos Security (firewall and

endpoint protection) and Desktop Central would be
an advantage.

• We are looking for very good English and good

German language skills.

• Ability to plan and prioritise, understand what is

important and how we’ll get there.

• Ability to build relationships with varous stakeholders

(internal and external).
