A Snapshot of Your Day
As an employee in the Siemens Energy, Hydrogen-electrolysis, with a special focus on error prevention and customer satisfaction, you are the central point of contact for project managers of customer projects. You support the project managers in their quest for continuous improvement. Through practice-oriented application of quality management methods - combined with moderation and methodological competence - you make an active contribution to continuous improvement and sustainable error prevention in customer projects both in the offer and in the processing phase.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the project team in the implementation of quality management activities
- Conduct proactive quality assurance by performing e.g. risk assessments and FMEAs
- Support the project managers according to "Project excellence guide" regarding all quality management specifications and QM measures with customers, suppliers, internal and external organizations
- Assure the compliance with project milestones, ITPs, and implement readiness checks before Q-Gates
- Support the project managers in the contract review regarding quality-relevant topics
- Drive NC-Management actively, process improvements and share Lessons Learnt cross-project
- Create, moderate and drive the implementation of the quality assurance measures in the project on the basis of recognized QM methods (e.g. RCA: Ishikawa, 5W, 8D)
- Assure the creation of the necessary project quality plans and "Inspection and Test Plans" (ITPs) in coordination with the customer and the project manager
What You Bring
- Master's or diploma degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or process engineering
- Many years of relevant professional experience in project and quality management as well as in process industry
- Certification as a project manager is desirable
- Good knowledge in the field of electrolysis technology
- Ability to analyze and structure as well as experience in consulting, coaching, moderation and presentation techniques
- Good management skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English, spoken and written
