What you'll be doing:

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive communication plans that convey our brand, product, and innovation stories to all audiences. The goal is to build brand awareness and support the German market in achieving business results.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing proactive and reactive communications plans across all elements of the Communications mix including:

Partnering with business stakeholders to agree key message delivery to all Avon audiences, including, Representatives, Field teams, associates, press and Avon communities
Primarily responsible for delivering the day-to-day communications rhythm and rigour for our field audiences including channel management (email, social channels, face to face channels), ensuring consistent message delivery
Developing and delivering local internal communications plans to drive positive associate engagement
Planning and delivering in-market PR plans in partnership with local and global marketing colleagues. This includes partnering with external agencies to build the strategy, identify relevant media opportunities, partnerships and influencer opportunities
In addition to the core responsibilities, this role will also support general communications initiatives and projects, including organisational announcements, meeting and event content and support and other ad hoc requests
Gaining regular feedback and insight from audiences to ensure continuous communications improvement
To be commercially savvy in using communications opportunities to support business growth

You have a passion for marketing and communication and want to make a difference.
You have 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing and project management, including work as a student assistant or through internships.
You have successfully completed a degree focusing on marketing and communication or a comparable qualification.
You are skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have a digital mindset, with social media and email skills, ideally including experience with Eloqua.
Affinity for the writing of creative and precisely formulated texts, as well as the ability to prepare complex content in an easily understandable, creative and target-group-oriented manner.
You enjoy giving presentations and communicating effectively.
You possess excellent language skills, with native-level German and strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.
You maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude and excel at influencing and managing stakeholders.
