Project Manager (m/f/d) in Böblingen bei Advantest
As a part of Global Business Operations & IT program, you are responsible to own and project manage multiple Supply Chain projects, for example setting up performance management for certain areas of our Supply Chain and for Strategic Suppliers.
Responsibilities include:
As a project manager you are responsible to drive and lead the project team to deliver the project within scope, time and budget.
You are responsible to:
- Develop project scope, objectives and benefits, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and drive execution together with project team
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop communication and training plans and execute
Requirements:
In the role of a project manager it is essential to collaborate with internal and external (if applicable) stakeholders and recipients of the work product created.
- Good global communication skill in English. Japanese is a plus.

- Project management skill, experience in applying project management tools and methods (PMBOK etc)
- Teamwork - must be able to lead a number of CROSS-BUSINESS teams in getting their respective jobs done
- Ability to convert requirements into action items

- Strong knowledge of entire supply chain
- Experience leading process transformation in Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable.
- Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, SCOR, Babok, Green-/Black-Belt in Value-Stream-Mapping, Process-Design, ...
- (want) Presence in Japan is preferred.
