As the Service Coordinator (d/f/m), you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Coordinator (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of customer communication - service inquiries and spare parts processing with national and international, internal and external customers

• Coordinating technical clarification of inquiries with the technical specialists

• Creating and tracking of quotes for service requests

• Entering of spare parts / service orders and monitoring of delivery dates and tracking of spare parts production and orders

• Managing close coordination with the relevant specialist departments, such as sales, production, quality assurance and / or manufacturing.

• Supporting Service Manager (d/f/m) in forecasting with feedback on current project timeline.

• Have successfully completed your Bachelor studies business administration or similar fields

• Have proven experience in service

• Have deep oral and written communication skills German and English

• Have distinct customer orientation and team spirit

• Have the ability to quickly adapt and respond to change

• Have the willingness to work, flexibility, self-motivation, independent work

• Have distinct quality awareness and resilience, even in difficult situations
