What you will enjoy doing

During our 24 months trainee program you will become an integral part of our Contract Management / Commercial Project Management team.

• To get an extensive view into the Linde Engineering way of executing processes and projects, the program is designed as a rotation. It provides the get-to-know and the collaboration in different departments. The rotation is carried out in all relevant interface departments of Contract Management
• One part of the program will be at an international location (foreign subsidiary or construction site)

• From the beginning you will be included in the challenges of current projects, so that you will grow with your tasks and gain extensive professional experience

During the whole period an experienced mentor will support you to reach your full potential by directly guiding you and providing regular feedback to constantly know where you stand in enhancing your expertise. Additional trainings with your fellow trainees in relevant hard and soft skills will be offered along with the opportunity to visit our entities in Dresden and Tacherting. Active networking with peers and managers will boost your development

What makes you great

• You are completing your Master / diploma / promotion in one of these fields of study: economics, business administration, law, engineering economics with above average final degree including appropriate program duration
• Moreover, you are proficient in English (written and spoken) and very good language skills in at least one other foreign language
• First practical experience for example due to an internship for several months, apprenticeship or first professional experience complement your profile. Furthermore, you have also already gained first international experience e.g. study abroad experiences
• In addition to strong communication skills, you are characterized by assertiveness, self-confidence and a flexible analytical as well as outcome-oriented way of thinking. This is topped off by interdisciplinary consideration and acting
• Your profile gets completed with your potential and willingness to expand your scope of duties to continuative and responsible tasks as well as the self-dependent advancement of your own further education
