TRKKN Cloud is a business division of TRKKN for cloud-related services and reselling Google Cloud products to our clients.
The division’s central delivery departments deliver projects and product support to global markets in EMEA, North America, MENA & APAC.

Who you can become with us…

As a (Junior) Project Manager in the Cloud division, you will steer & coordinate our Cloud-focused projects end-to-end and will be the main point of contact for the customer throughout this process. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage project risks to achieve business goals. From the initial organizational setup of a project to the thorough reporting of progress to a successful handover, you will be the central person to ensure project progress and sharpen a successful delivery within time & budget.

In detail, your responsibilities include:

• Organizational setup of Cloud projects by drafting the initial timeline, implementing the needed meeting occurrence & structuring the delivery with your technical counterpart

• Initiating & maintaining close communication with the customer from project start to finish

• Drafting & maintaining all essential project management documentation throughout the project, e.g., kick-off presentation, weekly status update presentations, meeting minutes, etc.

• Manage project risks and issues and proactively identify potential risks and issues before they occur

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and manage stakeholders’ expectations

• Deliver regular status updates and project metrics reporting

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (clients, colleagues, management) and provide timely feedback on project progress

The person we’re looking for…

• Is an outstanding organizational talent

• Has strong communication skills in verbal and written

• Loves to be proactive, has got a self-organized & structured work approach

• Is fully proficient in English, German preferred but not required

• Has experience in project management tools, ideally Asana

• Ideally, got 1 to 2 years of project management experience in a technical environment

• Is experience in the Cloud with one of three hyper scalers preferred but not required
