Requirements :

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. No experience required. The following would be added advantage: knowledge of clerical duties, practice as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics, Knowledge of government framework governing the Public Service, Knowledge of National Archives Act and regulations will be a added advantage good communication skills (written and verbal) computer literacy and customer service skills are essential. A code 08 driver’s license.

Duties :

Provide efficient and effective registry services: to render an effective filling and record management services. Operate office machine in relation to registry functions. Process documents for archiving and disposal arranging and describing records Control. Handle incoming and out correspondence, filing records and retrieving records.
