Your Role

As part of the Smart Services Team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of a connectivity platform, together with our development partner and our internal stakeholders.

Activities and responsibilities include:

Plan and drive the development process end-to-end in an Agile setup, but also aligned with internal processes and regulations
Ensure that the project milestones are defined, planned and delivered within budget, quality and time
Outline, structuring and scheduling of the project, if necessary, creation of project plans (development of work packages including associated time estimates)
Coordinate and manage an external SW delivery partner
Help drive feature and roadmap alignment across device teams for business’ visibility and transparency
Coordination with parallel projects
Promote and ensure efficiency in the development, testing, verification and documentation processes
Risk analysis
Aim for implementing automation in order to speed up and enhance the quality of the development, testing and release processes
Coordinate all deliverables (documentation) as part of the development process and ensure they get created, reviewed and approved as per the project plan
Enable, coach and facilitate all team members to ensure they have the right tools and knowledge necessary for the assigned tasks
Act as an interface to Service BU, MED BUs, HDP, Data Lake and CIT for new and existing Remote Service features, together with the PO
Support and interface to Sales, Marketing, Training Academy, QA, Regulatory, Security for Remote Service topics
Documentation and presentation of the project results or structure of the software modules
Ensure alignment and compliance with internal regulations such as ISO27001

Your Profile

You have successfully completed your studies in software engineering, computer science or business administration with a focus on IT and Technology
+5 Years of Experience in project or program management ideally in the regulated environment of medical technology. Proven familiarity with digital technology and concepts like IoT, Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, IT Integration
Previous experience with digital solutions and familiar with stakeholder alignment and process development
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization
Strong ability to communicate and work in a team as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment
Experience in remote support and condition monitoring is a plus. Familiarity and experience with concepts such as Agile, Scaled, Lean, PMP methodologies and ISO27001
Leadership skills - Independent leadership of the project team in terms of subject matter and content

Initiation of continuous process improvement You are fluent in business English. Good German is a plus
