• Both on the shop floor and in the fitting room, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers always find a well-stocked and attractive store that invites them to shop.
• You handle all of our checkout processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in no time at all and, as the last impression of the customers, ensure a great shopping experience.
• You identify with Zalando and our corporate goal of making the world more sustainable.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

• Do you have experience in retail or dealing with customers? Wonderful. However, this is not a must.
• You are willing to support the team on Fridays and Saturdays as well.
• Knowledge of English or German is an advantage but not required
• You are actively interested in market trends.
