Responsibilities:
Peraton is looking for an Information Operations (IO) Lead to join our team supporting EUCOM, in Stuttgart, Germany. As the IO Lead, you will provide oversight of all contractor staff under the IO task and reports directly to the PM. Ensures IO products are integrated with the other task areas and across the command and its strategic and operational partners. The IO lead serves as the task lead and primary POC for the IO task and for all EUCOM elements and partners that utilize IO products and assessments. The IO lead supports the Government’s effort to synchronize and assess messaging across all programs and in ensuring strategic goals and capabilities are achieved through coordination across the command.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Possess a TS clearance with access to SCI based on SSBI
- 12 years Experience providing support to, or leading teams in support of, analysis and production of IO and/or Intelligence products. 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of service departments (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force) functions and their relationships to CCMDs to coordinate IO actions in appropriate channels, e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, or Joint.
- Knowledge of and experience in USG operations in the Europe AOR.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a U.S. Passport.
- Ability to relocate and live in Stuttgart, Germany, and work in client facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent Experience (last 5 years) supporting EUCOM or other Combatant Commands
- Experience with joint and/or combined military operations and interagency coordination.
- Knowledge of DoD, joint, and Army service doctrine, regulations, and policies.
- Capable of recommending changes to policy, force structure and design, and command relationships
- Proficient in integrating IO capabilities into cyber plans and operations.
- Knowledge of military command relationships and command and control (C2) procedures.
- Able to coordinate IO actions within the proper channels and develop policies that incorporate the principle of C2.
- Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct complex briefings to large audiences.
- Ability to work effectively within a task organized working groups
- Expertise in planning, integrating, and coordinating with interagency and intelligence community entities.
- Adept at developing and utilizing information products that leverage current and emerging technologies to inform planning, improve coordination, and enable timely decisions.
- Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities. Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in:
- Military Deception (MILDEC)
- OPSEC
- EW
- Cyberspace operations
- Coordinating intelligence requirement
- Recent joint or service level PSYOP/MISO/IO planning experience
- MILDEC planners’ course
- Joint information operations planner course
- Defense OPSEC planner course
- Special warfare advanced targeting and analysis course
- Irregular warfare course
