ABOUT THE TEAM
The focus of our Control and Risk Management team is to ensure that our operations are effective, that financial and other information is reliable, and that the company complies with the relevant regulations and operating principles. We are also creating new frameworks and risk policies for our operations.
- Participate in reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of the IC and RMS, as well as policies and processes
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of internal audits, i.e., analysis and evaluation of internal business processes about correctness, security, functionality
- Participate in conducting audits (including special audits) in all companies of the Unzer Group
- Make recommendations for action or optimization proposals to the management and process optimization teams
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports including implementable proposals for the adjustment of months, discussion of audit results and control of implementation, support of projects (from an audit point of view)
- You have 2+ years of auditing experience at payment/credit institutions/financial service providers, ideally also IT auditing experience
- You completed a university degree or comparable professional training
- You know auditing standards, methodology, and processes
- You have good knowledge of regulatory requirements (ZAG, KWG, CRR, MaRisk and/or GwG)
- You have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team as well as high commitment, flexibility, and a high degree of quality and service understanding
- You have a careful work ethic, and you can deal with conflicts
- You are open to traveling occasionally to Unzer Group locations
- You speak fluently German and English
