Engagement & Internal Communications Manager - Crew Communications (m/w/d) in Hannover bei TUI
TUI fly is looking for an Engagement and Internal Communications Manager within TUI Airline. In this role you will join an international team that is already delivering great successes, whilst going through a continued period of change.
- Focus on both flight and cabin crew communications.
- Deliver interesting and lively internanal communications for our HR Leadership team
- Be the interface between each of the local flight and cabin crew management teams in order to deliver a consistent and regular suite of communications.
- Reporting to the Director of Communications for TUI Airline, you will work in close liaison with other members of the TUI Airline Internal Communications and Engagement team and in collaboration with the wider TUI Group Communications colleagues.
- Ensure best practice and consistency of approach, and that TUI Airline messages are clear, compelling and engaging.
- Use your expertise to coach, advise and support the directors and their leadership teams and flex your style to work with multicultural and international teams.
- You have an understanding of communications at remote workers in an international environment with just a short window to read them
- You have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- You have multiple spoken language skills – fluent/mother tongue German and English – but knowledge of others would be of value and excellent translation skills
- You can operate effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- You have the ability to quickly and effectively build senior-level relationship
- You are adaptable and able to switch between consultation and practical implementation
- You are a passionate and resilient individual
- You have effective project management skills
- You are able to cope under pressure and multitask, displaying effective planning skills, both anticipating and adjusting for problems and delays
- You have great stakeholder management skills and a natural collaborator
- You are able and willing to travel as appropriately required
