UPM Biochemicals is looking for a Manager Technical Marketing, RFF Business (d/f/m) for a permanent position in our office in Leuna or from home office.

- provide technical support for UPM’s renewable functional fillers (RFF) to direct customers and distributors from rubber and plastic industry
- collect feedback and technical requirements from customers and share it with the sales & marketing team for informed decision-making
- coordinate and steer customer approvals of UPMs RFF
- introduce RFF to new leads from rubber and plastic industry
- prepare technical literature on RFF and provide training to customers and distributors
- participate in trade fairs and give technical presentations at industry conferences
- you have a university degree in chemistry, polymer engineering, or materials science
- you have more than 5 years of experience in rubber and plastics industry
- you have a deep knowledge of functional fillers, polymers, compounding, rubber and plastics processing, and their use in tires and non-tire applications
- you have a strong commercial focus to merge customer needs with business benefits
- you have excellent skills in MS Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and are familiar with CRM programs (e.g., Salesforce)
- you are fluent in English and German language and have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- you are confident, can make decisions, take ownership of objectives and challenges, and possess very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- you are willing to travel (30-40%) internationally (focus EU)
