• Experience in a similar position in an international working environment, preferably in the fashion/e-commerce/consumer goods/retail industry
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working
• First experience in working with ERP, CRM and SAP is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and English

• Creation and maintenance of customer master data including regular monitoring and checking for up-to-dateless in all relevant systems (ERP, CRM etc.) in compliance with applicable policies
• Creation and maintenance of PUMA internal data in all relevant systems and first point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Regular exchange with Sales & Sales Development for the creation and updating of seasonal conditions and sales modules incl. creation of reports
• Implementation and documentation of internal audits to ensure compliance with auditor requirements
