We are looking for a Global Planner (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global merchandise management Department. You are driven by net sales, stock efficiency and data? A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and who, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them.
What you can expect:
- Plans net sales, markdown and achieved margin %’s in-line with business expectations at store level down to product group
- Defines and steers lifecycle management of the BASIC Assortment (NOS & SEASONAL) by considering all retail relevant KPI's (eg. Net Sales, Price Reductions, Coverage) including store planning for all Business Units
- Consolidation of market needs incl. finalization of a production plan for BASICs and translation of the net sales plan for FASHION into a demand plan for all Business Units
- Evaluates, controls, monitors, and adapts global production plans for BASICs on style color level for dedicated product groups incl sizegrid for all Business Units
- Plans inventory levels to drive stock efficiency under consideration of all intakes and highlights potential net sales growth and improved margin opportunities
- Identifies and initiates merchandise cross country transfers considering all inventories
- Key contact for all markets (hubs), logistics, product divisions, global merchandise management and IT
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience in retail merchandise planning, ideally in fashion
- Strong decision-making skills and strategic thinking
- Assertiveness and a solution-oriented approach
- Well-developed communication skills and good time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP (AFS / Retail)
- Fluent in English
