You will be responsible for:
- Become the commercial partner of Sales and Marketing teams and enhance their financial skill sets
- Deliver fact based financial scenarios & impact analysis for customer negotiations
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to build company plans and financial forecasts with clear assumptions/drivers while tracking the performance at the brand and customer dimensions
- Analyze and evaluate annual trade agreements and conduct key discussions with the sales teams that control the sales budget
- Consolidate, analyze, and track NSP, TTC, VAS, and marketing budgets. Challenge the numbers and recommend/manage corrective actions
- Proactively identify opportunities driving efficiency through Net Sales Price optimization using levers such as promotion evaluation and trade spend management
- Provide insightful analysis of business results to Sales and Marketing Management and perform ad hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations.
- Work in collaboration with the RGM team on the optimization of promotions and pricing
- Actively participate in discussions on launches, relaunches (DCC process) and assortment management.
- Represent finance and provide ad-hoc analysis and support various projects
- Bachelor of Commerce is required. CPA/MBA in Finance or related field highly desirable
- +7 years of Finance or similar FMCG experience preferred
- Proven experience with Business partnering and effectively building relationships with the ability to influence and challenge in a positive way
- Strong business analytics skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while prioritizing deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong system skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI systems
- Understanding of accounting and finance (P&L, Balance Sheet construction)
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbally
