Assistant Customer Care - Surgical in Thüringen bei DKSH

• To take order from client and/or customers by phone or e-mail, to provide

basic information and to response back after orders are managed and confirmed with proper manner.

• To be able to manage case according limited resources and also to be able

to prioritize by date and time requirements as well as customer priority.

• To be able to provide accurate and complete information about item

location and item planning including other information as requires.

• To be able to communicate and to cooperate with related parties to

complete clients and/or customer requirements especially for emergency cases.

• To be able to identify problem from given information by clients and/or

customers and explain to supervisor and/or related parties of the cause and effect.

• To be able to identify department related in case of the requests cannot

be handled by authority given and coordinate and record in the system to
show status for following up.

• To perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Customer Care - Surgical.

• Communication skill
• Computer skill : MS Word, Excel, SAP, Power Point, Power Platform etc.
• Typing skill

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or having direct experience in this field more

than 3 years
